small groups

goals of small groups

The small group ministry at New Mt. Zion is one of our newer ministries that is actively in the process of being rolled out.  The purpose of our small groups is to encourage intentional fellowship opportunities between members of our community through either direct engagement with biblical texts or indirectly through the writings of Christian authors over the ages.  Topics can range from a devotional study of the Gospel of Mark to Can I Get A Witness?: Reading Revelation through African American Culture by Brian K. Blount.
